He began his musical studies at the age of 18 in the preparatory school of the “Academia Superior de ARTES ASAB” in Bogotá, Colombia, where he received musical-learning training for 2 years. Just after finishing high school, he continued his studies at the Francisco José de Caldas District University. In 2014 he obtained the highest grade in his final thesis entitled "Improvisation in Cuban Son." In December of the same year, he received his "Master of Musical Arts-Pianist" degree. He participated in the band "Francisco Cristancho" performing Colombian Traditional Music in concerts throughout the country. He was also part of the production team of the TV Show “La Voz” playing the piano, arranging and producing music for 3 sessions. In 2019 he begins teaching at Let it Bet Music Academy.
