Founder & CEOGuillermo has a 30 year career as bass & guitar player as both live & session performer. He has recorded over 1,000 albums for a variety of artists, including Alejandro Sanz, Marc Anthony, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Chayanne, Laura Pausini, Men at Work’s Colin Hay, Diego Torres, Fito Páez, Mercedes Sosa, among others. He has won 7 Grammy Awards, including 2 American Grammys. As a solo artist, he has produced and recorded 2 albums. As an educator, Guillermo has over 25 years of experience, and has worked on workshops, masterclasses and instrument clinics around the world. He has taught hundreds of professional musicians.
Cofounder & Director of AcademicsNerina became an outstanding piece of America’s music scene after performing over 8 years as a band member for legendary artist Luis Alberto Spinetta. Her talented input took place in many concerts featuring main rock artists like Fito Páez, Gustavo Cerati and Charly García, among others. She’s also been part of “Las Elegidas” concerts, in many opportunities as a best female musician. Early in her career, she achieved a Music Degree at EMPA (Escuela de Música Popular de Avellaneda) giving her a deep start as a Music Educator.
Guitar Program Director
Mario is a studio player, producer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter of more than 15 years in the music industry. He’s a guitarist on Latin Grammy Award Winning Albums: Marc Anthony 3.0 (2014) “Best Salsa Album”, Vivir Mi Vida (2013) “Record of the Year” & El Cantante (2008) “Best Salsa Album”; Aventura, The Last (2009); La Quinta Estacion, Sin Frenos (2009); Jennifer Lopez, Como Ama Una Mujer (2006) & Rebirth 2005. He does double-duty as the house guitar player for Marc Anthony, has recorded and toured with Jennifer Lopez and Musical Director for Thalia HBO Latino Special 2013.
He was also an American Idol finale Performance with Jennifer Lopez, Sheila E and Marc Anthony in 2011, and he performed in President Barack Obama Inauguration Performance with Marc Anthony in 2009.

Drums Program Director
Waldo was born in Queens, New York and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He studied Jazz & Commercial at Manhattan School Of Music N.Y.C., and did drum set studies with John Riley. His main activity is Live/Studio drummer & producer with over 30 years of experience. Waldo has worked with: Carlos Santana, Celia Cruz, Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin, Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli, Steve Stevens, Juanes, Juan Gabriel, Alejandro Sanz, Juan Luis Guerra, Carlos Vives, Ricardo Montaner, Winton Marsalis, Tom Scott, Sheila E., Poquito D’ Rivera, Cacho, Arturo Sandoval, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Michel Camilo, Ed Calle, Guillermo Vadala, Jeff Berlin and many more.

Gene Paul Gayol
Gene was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban parents.
At the age of 19, he landed his first professional gig performing with Latin Grammy winning, RIAA Platinum® selling recording artist David Bisbal on dates around the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This included live intimate duo performances with Bisbal on internationally syndicated television programs. Gene has lived and worked in Miami, Los Angeles and Sydney.
He is currently working on releasing his debut album and has also recorded and/or performed with Alejandro Sanz and Marc Anthony
