Guillermo Vadala
is an acclaimed Argentine bassist, guitarist, and producer with an extensive career.. Having recorded on more than 1,000 albums, he has collaborated with top artists including Fito Paez, Alejandro Sanz, Marc Anthony, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Hudson, Sam Ryder, Meghan Trainor, Jennifer López Laura Pausini, and contributed to the Oscar-winning Encanto soundtrack. A winner of more than 20 Grammy Award, Guillermo also runs his own record label, producing innovative projects and supporting emerging artists, he produced All For You, an original album by Let it Beat! created alongside young talents and released in partnership with Sony Music.
With over 25 years of experience as an educator, he has conducted workshops and masterclasses worldwide, mentoring hundreds of professional musicians. Based in Miami, Guillermo is the co-founder of Let it Beat! Music Academy, where he is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of musical talent.

Nerina Nicotra
Nerina Nicotra
is a bassist, producer, and academic director with a distinguished career in Latin American and U.S. music. She gained international recognition after more than eight years as a permanent member of the band of the legendary Luis Alberto Spinetta, participating in albums and performances alongside icons such as Fito Páez, Gustavo Cerati, and Charly García. Her work on the album Un Mañana earned her a Latin Grammy nomination and multiple Carlos Gardel Awards.
Currently based in Miami, Nerina is the co-founder and academic director of Let it Beat! Music Academy, and recently served as the director of the music video “The One,” an original Let it Beat production that reflects her artistic vision and commitment to creating high-impact content.
